 We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Our policy for returns applies to books, jewellery, handbags, and Venetian masks. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, it is essential that all items are returned unused, in their original condition, and with all accompanying packaging and tags intact.
